Return Conditions:

Return Period:


If you decide to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product and return it within 14 days after the return request is accepted.


Return requests beyond the specified return period will not be accepted.






Return Process:


Within the return period, please contact our customer service team, providing your order information and the reason for the return.


We will review your return request and provide you with the return address and instructions once it is confirmed that the return conditions are met.


If the return or exchange is caused by personal reasons (such as wrong size, not satisfied with the product, etc.), you must bear the shipping cost.


We recommend choosing a traceable shipping method and properly packaging the product to prevent damage during transit.


Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange.






Refund Method:

If you made the payment using a credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited back to your payment account.


If you used any other payment method, we will discuss an appropriate refund method with you.
